Types of movies

            There are three types of movies which are comedy, horror, and romantic. To begin with, comedy movies have an act or saying that makes you laugh. They are usually end with a happy or cheerful ending. For instance, in The Hangover Two, Doug ends up getting married to his wife but earlier on, him and his friends celebrate and experience a huge hangover after getting up. In addition, in Big Mamma, Like Father like Son, big mamma ends up finding the murderer and everyone is happy but prior, big mamma entertains by dumbing herself to find him. Next is horror. Horror movies are usually watched around Halloween time and deal with either a mysterious killer or an evil spirit. For example, in Paranormal Activity Three, an evil spirit kills four of the six people in the house, but before no one ever knew what was going on. In addition, in Saw four, a mysterious killer that traps and kills a majority of the people in the haunted house. It later turns out that the mysterious killer was one of their friends. Another type of movie is romantic or a chick flick. A romantic movie is usually watched by a girl and is about two people who find love at the end. For example, in No Strings Attached, Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher meet and become good friends, later both Ashton and Natalie become friends with benefits without falling in love with each other. In addition, in Just Go with It, Adam Sandler pretends to be married to Jennifer Aniston but wants to marry Nicole Kidman; therefore Adam Sandler creates a fake family to show Nicole that he will divorce Aniston. After all, there are many types of movies such as horror, romantic and comedy, but each type of movie has their own theme.

Macs vs. Pcs

 

With so many computers on the market today, making a choice on what to buy seems to be getting difficult over time, but the reality is, Macs and PCs are different because of their multimedia, affordability, and selection. To begin, with multimedia is an important feature to have on a computer, whether, you`re waiting for someone or simply bored; your pc is filled with endless time wasting games like, Angry Birds and Words with Friends. On the other hand, macs aren’t multimedia friendly because they aren’t compatible with many games. Furthermore, the price of the device can pull you to one side or the other. Macs can be very expensive costing more than twelve hundred dollars for the simplest computer. However on the other side, pcs aren’t expensive at all. They usually cost less than eight hundred dollars depending on which model you buy. Finally, selection helps you chose the one best for you, but if you don’t have many varieties, then you can’t make a good purchase. Macs come in nine basic models of one color, while pcs are available in a numerous variety of choices and color. All in all, there is a clear advantage for pc owners over Mac for multimedia, affordability, and selection. For me personally, I am a pc user, I have been using a pc for about four years, and it’s been working fine. Many people are complaining that the pcs are getting a lot of viruses and crashing but I haven’t had that many viruses and it has never crashed when I was using it. In addition I have found out that for the price you buy your pc, it will outlast a traditional Mac. Therefore a pc is definitely very dependable, affordable, and extremely entertaining computer to have. Depending on which operating system you prefer both Mac and pc are excellent computers to own.

Dear, mom

            I would like to thank you for everything you do for me. Thank you for giving me rides to school when I needed them, helping me with my homework and taking care of me for so long. First, Thank you for giving me rides to school when I needed them. For instance, when I am usually late on Friday mornings due to my lack of waking up on time, you are there, and on Saturday mornings when you get up in the morning just for me. Thank you for helping me with my homework. For example, when I don’t understand a three by three math equation, you make time for me and explain it to me. And when I had trouble writing this thank you letter, you gave ideas until I was able to. I also want to thank you for being a great mother and taking care of me. For instance, when I come home from school, I am attracted by the smell coming from the kitchen. Whenever, I am not confident with my self, you are always there to guide and support me until I succeed. I just want to say thank you for everything you have ever done for me in my life.

How to change a flat tire on a car

            Being stranded on the shoulder of the highway with a flat tire can be bad, but not knowing the solution to your problem is worse. Having the knowledge and experience to change a flat tire can come in handy in every mechanical situation. To change a flat tire on a car, there are eight steps. First you must prepare the spare tire, the jack, and a lug wrench. Second, loosen the hub cap nuts and pry the hub cap to remove it. Third, loosen the lug nuts of the wheel. Make sure not to loosen the lug nuts to loose. Fourth, position the jack under the jack points. They are usually behind the wheel if it’s the front tire or in front of the wheel if it’s the back tire. Be sure to position the jack in the correct location, as this may cause damage to your body frame. Fifth, jack up the vehicle at least three inches off the ground. You can do this by inserting your wrench handle into the jack, than turning clockwise to go up and counter clockwise to go down. After the vehicle is jacked up, never stick your hands or legs under the vehicle, as the vehicle can fall and cause personal injury or even death. Sixth, remove the lug nuts by turning left, and remove the tire. Caution, your tire may be heavy. Seventh, take the spare tire and center it on the wheel stud. Next, install and hand tighten the wheel lug nuts. Finally, lower the vehicle by turning the jack handle counter clockwise and make sure that once again the lug nuts are wrench tight, as this may cause problems in the future. Always be sure that you are working safely whenever you’re dealing with mechanical problems. Gaining this knowledge, you should be able to solve the problem by changing a flat tire on a car

American Health

yes, I believe that the United States of America is a health conscious nation. In retrospect, Americans were known for their quarter ponder burger and deep fried fries. This lead into many diseases. For example, diabetes, heart attack, and many chronic diseases. As a result, This was a good wake up call for many Americans. They realized that bad food is equivalent to diseases and possible death. Not to mention the amount of money they spend on fast food and medicare. On average, about 67% of Americans get at least an hour of physical activity. The number of Americans increased within the past twenty years from 24% to 67%. To prove that America is a health conscious nation, about 43% of Americans increased their physical activity and probably balanced their diets due to the negative affects of obesity. With these pieces of evidence America is truly a health conscious nation.

studying for a college exam!

Studying for a college exam can be difficult, but there are a few tips that can help you pass them. To begin with, dont procrastinate, cramming everything in your brain isnt going to work. In addition, testing your self and studying topics multiple times are two good studying skills to have. Nevertheless, you can always pair up with a study partener or friend and meet atleast once a week. don`t forget that you can always ask questions, when you have trouble with with concepts you haven`t mastered. eventhough you think you know everything. think again? Would you be able to pass the test if you took it right now? Be sure to practice again with old assignments and/or tests. I always say "do it untill you cant do it right and keep doing it untill you can`t do it wrong. Therefore you should keep practicing untill you can`t do it wrong. Inventing your own essay questions are a great example of that. However you should always invent two questions, answer them and than compare. this tecquine is found to be helpful among students. Eventhough that you did all this work ahead of time, the night before is essential to your success. make sure that you get eight hours of sleep and wake up refreshed. In addition try to eat a nutritional breakfast and stay away from sugars.This will improve your testing skil if followed.
